David Michael Pate, 63, of Wildwood, FL, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Mr. Pate was born August 25, 1953 in Orlando to Samuel B, Jr. and Carolyn (Baker) Pate. He was raised in the Baptist Faith and loved being a farmer. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, diving and snorkeling. David had returned to Wildwood from South Florida in 2002. Survivors include his children, Dusty Pate of Lehigh and Stacy Pate-Stevens of Labelle; mother, Carolyn Moore of Wildwood; sisters, Patsy Pate of Belleview, Marcia Brown of Wildwood and Barbara Boscana of Wildwood; brothers, Kenneth Pate of Jacksonville, Keith Pate of Inverness and Ricky Pate of Wildwood; granddaughter, Abigail Stevens.
