The Florida Forestry Service and Marion County Fire Rescue on Friday were working to fully extinguish a 60-acre wildfire in southern Marion county. Warnings have been issued indicating that smoke may reduce visibility in the area of State Road 200, County Road 484, and Interstate 75 in southern Marion County. Drivers are urged to use caution, reduce their speed and drive with their low beam headlights.
