Olivia Newton-John coming to The Villages

Sandy, better known as Olivia Newton-John, is coming to The Sharon.

John, who starred as Sandy opposite John Travolta in the mega-hit film “Grease,” performs April 23 at 7 p.m. Tickets range from $25 to $300 and are currently on sale.
John, 68, became a superstar after the 1978 movie. She also sold nearly 100 -million records with such hits as “If You Love Me Let Me Know,” I Honestly Love You,” “Let Me Be There,” and “Physical.” Songs from “Grease” included a duet with Travolta on “Summer Nights” and “You’re The One That I Want” and her vocal on “Hopelessly Devoted To You.”
John is a breast cancer survivor, and activist on environmental issues and animal rights.
