To the Editor:
After reading the complaints and stories in www.Villages-News.com and also from talking with many others around The Villages, it seems time for a total overhaul of The Villages Hospital Complex starting with the ER unit.
As many have stated, we don’t blame the few personnel working there, just the policies, the staffing levels and management of the units.
From all we’ve heard and read, it is a terribly run organization and now we fear moving to our place in The Villages full time because of the poor health care available.
You’d think that after building such a beautiful new hospital at an ideal location that someone of authority would demand proper staffing and management skills to run the place.
