To the Editor:
Why is it there doesn’t appear to be a noise level/time limit for contractors to arrive and work in The Villages? I’m specifically talking about one such carpenter who arrived at the Village of St. Charles/Oviedo at 7:15 a.m. with his brand new speakers in his white truck BLASTING just so that everyone in Oviedo could share in his arrival. When he was questioned, as to why he did that, he said the volume could get louder. I happen to work until 12 a.m. and would appreciate a little consideration.
