To the Editor:
I am a very satisfied patient of The Villages Regional Hospital and a very dissatisfied patient of the Emergency Room.
I would suggest that everyone who has had a bad experience at the Emergency Room should write to not one, but all of the Board of Directors of The Villages Regional Hospital. Maybe then something will be done. One of my doctors who I truly believe really cares is on the board and if he heard all the stories I think he would want to help.
