Villager Ann Pelle has been crowned the World’s Outstanding Woman at a pageant held in Kissimmee.
Pelle was recognized for her strong community service platform which includes supporting such organizations as: Villages Honor Flight, Hope for the Warriors, Cornerstone Hospice, The American Lung Association, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, Breast Cancer Awareness, Disabled Americans, Relay for Life, just to name a few.
She is captain of the Villages Twirlers & Drum Corps.
“I am so proud to represent the state of Florida, The Villages, and my Team through 15 years of volunteering and giving so many the opportunity to reinvent themselves through our team,” Pelle said.
