A 39-year-old man was arrested on a warrant last week at the home of his parents in the Village of Fernandina.
A Sumter County sheriff’s deputy went to the home at 2993 Amherst Way on Friday to take Jamie Bryan Fisch into custody on a warrant charging him with misdemeanor petit theft.
While the deputy was at the residence, Fisch drove up in a golf cart, according to the arrest report.
He was taken into custody and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. He was released after posting $1,000 bond.
