Supervisor, Past Chair and AAC Representative for District 4 Don Deakin will host the monthly District 4 Question & Answer meeting, which will be held Monday, Dec. 4.

This will give residents an opportunity to meet with Supervisor Deakin on a more personal level and perhaps get another perspective on District 4 operations.

The Q&A meeting will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., in the Liberty Room at the Mulberry Grove Recreation Center.

The Q&A program was started seven months ago by  Deakin who said it has been a huge success with an average of more than 45 residents attending monthly.  Residents are invited to attend the entire meeting to listen to other residents’ questions, but each resident may arrive and depart on their own schedules.

“In order to improve communications, each month residents now have an opportunity to “chat” with a District 4 Board Supervisor. Residents are able to sit down together to discuss any topics they would like,” said Deakin.  “Because residents choose the topics, each meeting will be different.”

“The purpose of the meetings is to provide residents with the opportunity to ask questions, get answers, share concerns, offer suggestions and address rumors,” Deakin added.

For more information, call Don Deakin at 750-5395; or email DRDeakin@aol.com
