Amanda Sage St. John was a loving mother, wife, and a friend to anyone who crossed her path.
On Wednesday, Amanda lost her life from injuries suffered in a car accident this past holiday weekend. She leaves behind a husband and two teenage sons.
I first met Amanda a little over a year ago as the result of a networking group. What should have been a one-hour meet-and-greet between two strangers turned into a two-and-a-half hour lunch between friends.
In that meeting, and in every interaction I had with Amanda thereafter, she brimmed with joy and love for her family and friends. She smiled ear-to-ear every time she spoke of her husband and two sons’ accomplishments.
She lived for her family and she treated everyone with love and respect. Her kind, nurturing spirit was undeniable. She always had a kind word for me and she always made the effort to check in.
She had a positive impact in my life, and if you ever had the good fortune of sitting at one of her tables at Katie Belle’s, I’m sure she had a similar impact on you.
