They were stopped near their SUV after their second trip to the store. They had a black duffle bag containing $444.47 in Kohl’s merchandise.

The suspects’ SUV appeared to be loaded with a variety of merchandise.

They were also found to be in possession of seven 15mg Oxycodone pills and one 10mg Cyclobenzapine pill as well as “a large amount of cash in U.S. currency of $20’s, $5’s, and $1’s,” the arresting officer wrote in the report.

They were also in possession of a pair of wire cutters and a multi-tool used to cut off security devices.

Misla-Seda and Cruz were arrested on multiple theft charges. Misla-Seda is also facing multiple charges of possession of controlled substance.
