
Freddie Fudge Jr., 68, of Wildwood, FL, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018. He was born July 29, 1949 in Lacoochee, Florida to Clinton and Lorraine Fudge.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Freddie was a member of the American Legion Post #101 in Bevilles Corner and was a life member of the DAV.
He is survived by son: Freddie L. Fudge, III (Becky) of Sumterville, FL; daughter: Pamela Leigh of Webster, FL; 3 grandchildren; brother: Donny L. Fudge of Okahumpka, FL; sister: Betty Jean Etheridge of Bushnell, FL; and many nieces and nephews.
A service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 10 a.m. (with visitation from (9 to 10 a.m.) at Purcell Chapel with Pastor Emery King officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. with military honors provided by Sumter County Honor Guard and U.S. Army Honor Guard.
