A 22-year-old Ocala woman was arrested with methamphetamine and marijuana after a traffic stop early Tuesday morning in Lady Lake.
Kyrston Nicole Johnson had been a passenger in a black Chevrolet truck that failed to come to a complete stop at about 1 a.m. at the intersection of Azalea Way and Grays Airport Road, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
A K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the presence of drugs.
Johnson was found to be in possession of a purse which contained marijuana and a syringe that contained an orange liquid that tested positive for methamphetamine.
She was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
She was booked at the Lake County Jail on $3,000 bond.
