Two people were arrested with drugs after a traffic stop in Wildwood.
Joshua Tyler-Dale Malin, 23, and Taylor Nicole Malin, 21, both of Wildwood, had been passengers in a white Chevrolet that was pulled over at about 11 p.m. Monday at NE 84th Pl and County Road 229 in Wildwood, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua Malin became aggressive toward deputies and during a patdown, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
The pair also was found to be in possession of MDMA, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and prescription-only Trazdone.
Joshua Malin began throwing up and said he did not feel good. He was transported to The Villages Regional Hospital. After he was medically cleared, he and Taylor Malin were taken into custody and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center.
Joshua Malin was arrested earlier this year after a brawl over a $10 bill.
