Several smartwatches were reported stolen from the Wal-Mart store in Summerfield.
A Marion County sheriff’s deputy was called to the store, located at 17961 S. U.S. Highway 27/441, after a loss prevention officer reported the electronics and a backpack missing Tuesday.
He told the deputy that the items were believed to have been taken sometime around 6 a.m. April 28.
In all, five watches were missing, the report noted.
