A patient being admitted at a local care facility was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Stephen Dale Illges, 61, of Ocklawaha, was in the process of being admitted on Friday at Lady Lake Specialty Care at 630 Griffin Ave. when he was found to be in possession of 1.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine, as well as two hypodermic needles, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
He was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and booked at the Lake County Jail. He was released after posting $2,000 bond.
