A Silver Springs woman was arrested Tuesday night on a custody order and transported to the Marion County Jail.
Melissa Ann Young, 41, who lives at 2120 SE 172nd Ave., was ordered by a judge to serve 28 days for charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer without violence. She was booked into the jail at 10:38 p.m. and is scheduled to be released Sept. 17 at 9 a.m.
Young has served time in the Marion County Jail four times since April 2010. She was arrested on Feb. 20 on the two charges she’s now serving time for.
