
Ann B. Taylor, 71, of Summerfield, FL, passed into God’s hands August 30th. A Spruce Creek South resident for the past 15 years, she was very active in her community’s various clubs. Ann was past director of the Golden Notes Chorus in Spruce Creek South, past choir director of St. George Episcopal Church, The Villages, former organist at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Oneida, NY and past director of a large Sweet Adelines Chorus in Oneida, NY.
After graduation from Rocky Mountain College, Billings, MT, she taught Elementary music for 31 years in Oneida, NY and has been an accomplished piano and organ player her entire adult life.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gerald Taylor, her brother, K. Harold Bresett, Antwerp, NY, her foster daughter, Elizabeth Damon, Clearwater, FL and her foster sister, Claire Brownell, Antwerp, NY.
Services will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10 a.m. in St. George Episcopal Church 1250 Paige Place, The Villages. A reception will follow in the church hall.
