Iris Merle Anderson, beloved mother and grandmother, of Leesburg, FL, went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2018. She was born in Crystal Springs, Mississippi on March 8, 1931 to Patrick and Mattie Johnson.
Iris moved with her loving husband Oliver and family to Leesburg in 1967.
She is survived by her sons Dale (wife Elizabeth), Phillip (wife Linda) and Stacey, and daughter-in-law (Karen), her grandchildren Angie, Eric, Brittany, Erin and Scott and six great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Mattie Johnson, husband, Oliver and son, Les.
Iris was a registered nurse and loved gardening, going to church and spending time with her family. Iris was always a positive influence for those around her and will be dearly missed.
