Paul Beaton, age 66, of The Villages, FL, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. He was born in Detroit, MI on January 14, 1952.
He graduated from Madonna College in Michigan with a BA in Criminal Justice. Paul was in law enforcement for many years and later worked for and retired from Frito Lay. Paul and his wife Kathleen retired to The Villages in 2011. He enjoyed The Villages lifestyle, college football and was a devoted University of Michigan fan. He also loved traveling, especially cruising the Caribbean. His favorite pastime was riding around in his golf cart and golfing on the Sunday league. Paul loved classic rock music, especially Bob Seger.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen Bruno-Beaton; sons Steven Beaton and Brian Bruno; daughter Lisa Bruno-Herline; and brother Steven Beaton.
A visitation will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd, The Villages, FL on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 1 – 5 p.m. A prayer service will also be held on Friday at 4:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
