Residents can step back in time to old Florida during holiday tours at the Baker House

The Baker House, a Victorian period home built in the 1880s, is currently open for holiday tours. Decorated to the period with trees in almost every room, the Baker House, located in Wildwood, offers visitors the opportunity to step back in time.

Daytime tours are available on Saturday, Dec. 22 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The last tour for this season will be Sunday, Dec. 30 from noon until 3 p.m.

The Baker House in Wildwood is offering holiday tours.

Tours of the house are self-guided. Docents are available in the main rooms to answer questions.

Tours are $10 per person. You can purchase your tickets at the door or in advance by going to: https://secure.rec1.com/FL/wildwood-fl/catalog. The Baker House is located at 6106 County Road 44A in Wildwood. All proceeds from the holiday ticket sales go to the Baker House Restoration Project.
