Arturo Anonio Martinez Jr., age 76, of Leesburg, Florida, went to be with the Lord January 6, 2019 in a Tavares Hospice House. He was the son of late Arturo Antonio Martinez and Delores Lewis Martinez.
Arturo was a native of New York City, NY, Born on June 14, 1942.
He was a skilled laborer in the Heavy Construction Industry and a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the United States Air Force.
Arturo is survived by his loving wife Loyda Rivera Martinez of thirty years. Two daughters, Rachel Vardis and husband Joseph, Ocala, Florida. Deborah Smith and husband Paul of Leesburg, Florida. Seven grandsons, and two granddaughters, and also one great-grandson and one great-granddaughter.
Memorial Services will be held in the funeral home chapel, Tuesday January 8, 2019 at 7 p.m. Friends may call at the chapel from 6 p.m. till time of services.
