Changes at Spanish Springs and Katie Belle’s

To the Editor:

I read the piece on the change of Spanish Springs. I have been here long enough to remember that time, and like most believe not all change  turns out good. Take Katie Belle’s, you had the Cattlemen’s Club upstairs for fine dinning and Katie Belle’s Bar & Grill downstairs.
And best of all, it was for only Villagers and their guests. The dance floor was huge, and the entertainment was great. I not only went there when guest from out of town came in , but when me and my girl wanted to have fun night out. The place was always packed I don’t what made the powers to be change the place, but in my judgment it wasn’t to the benefit of The Village residents.
