To the Editor:
I and my family and friends like to have dinner and visit Katie Belle’s frequently, but I am sorry to say on our last visit a couple of weeks ago we were sadly disappointed.
Not by the singing waiters, but by the lack of service and quality of the food. We waited well over an hour on our dinner being served and when it was it was barely warm.
We did make a comment but was told our food had fell on the floor and had to be remade.
What an embarrassment for our family to witness this.
I regret to say that our complaint wasn’t even acknowledged.
