Police searching for bandit who absconded from Lowe’s with high-end weed trimmer

The Wildwood Police Department is searching for a bandit who stole a high-end weed trimmer from a home improvement store last month.

Wildwood Police officers are searching for a bandit who walked out of Lowe’s in the Trailwinds Village with a high-end weed trimmer.

The thief, shown in the photos above, was wear what appears to be wearing a dark-colored shirt and pants, light-colored shoes and a dark-colored baseball cap with a lighter-colored section above the brim. He also appeared to have some type of scars, marks or tattoos on his left arm and a possible tattoo sleeve or scars on his right arm.

Police say the man entered the Lowe’s Home Improvement store, located at 5630 Seven Mile Drive in the Trailwinds Village, through the garden center. He then selected an orange-and-black Husqvarna string trimmer from the display shelf and left the store without paying for the merchandise, the report says.
