
A 32-year-old Weirsdale woman has died of injuries suffered earlier this month in a crash on the Florida Turnpike
Sheena Nicole McLemore Phillip had been at the wheel of a four-door 2000 Saturn at 11:50 a.m. May 10 at Mile Marker 272 on the Florida Turnpike in Orange County when her vehicle was rear ended by a 2006 Toyota pickup driven by 25-year-old Garrett Marks, of Altamonte Springs, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol. Her car veered toward some trees and crashed.
Phillip leaves behind two sons, 9-year-old Noah James and 2-year-old Jackson Timothy.
She was a registered CNA who also worked for UberEats.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 24 at Beyers Funeral Home in Lady Lake. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 25, at the First Baptist Church in Weirsdale.
