Korean War vets to share their stories during Armistice Day ceremony

Veterans will tell their stories to those in attendance during the upcoming Korean War Armistice Day ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Park of The Villages.

The event will be held Saturday, July 27, at 10 a.m. and will feature Park President Richard Simpson and Chaplin Tom Miller conducting the interviews with veterans, along with singer Clint Bryon performing during the program.

The Memorial Park is pet free and is located in Spanish Springs by Lake Mira Mar, between Paige Place and the golf cart bridge over U.S. Hwy. 27/441. Those attending are encouraged to bring chairs for comfort.
