I love the idea. In fact, The Villages can step it up in the future with housing for those who need assistance. As long as the rents are reasonable, and the buildings and grounds are maintained to Villages standards, it will be successful. Many folks don’t want to care or are unable to care for their landscaping
Apartment living solves that problem.
Superintendents of the apartments need to hired with the utmost care. Strict background investigations must be performed to ensure the security and well being of residents. Parking must include visitor parking, too.
