Apartments at Brownwood a bad idea

To the Editor:

Apartments and condominiums at Brownwood are not a great idea. Property owners pay amenity fees and property taxes, apartments pay nothing! Plus this just makes it more crowded for the property owners. They should think about all the property owners first.
