To the Editor:
Well, it’s great that we get to share opinions in life, because in doing that we learn a lot from others sometimes.
I saw “Sylvia” the other day and loved it. Somehow the acting of a character act – that of a dog – came across well, even though difficult. In reality, we’ll never know how many times animals really become upset and can only bark, instead of saying those unkind words. I can see where some might feel the show was over-acted, but I thought the character of Sylvia was played extremely well and it was apparent that she had to work hard to be that dog. I was impressed by all the actors. Remembering their lines and emotions to be displayed is not easy and I sat there and admired their talent, enjoying the story line as well.
