To the Editor:
I am very anxious to see some model apartments. I think the Lofts at Brownwood will be an asset to The Villages.
This will be a transfer from private homes to apartment-style living rather than some of the independent or assisted living around The Villages.
Hopefully, the rents will not be outrageous and absolutely be age restricted. I continue to be positive about this addition to a spectacular place to life after retirement.
