To the Editor:

Sumter County is having unprecedented growth.
Within the last year they approved a high density apartment building behind the 441 Walmart between Marion and Lake counties.
Did they seek Marion or Lake County input or Lady Lake input – No!
It was in Sumter County and they shoved it down our throats.
Now they want Lady Lake to supply water to their DEVELOPMENT on 466. No planning, no advising in advance just show up and virtually demand water for properties not located within Lady Lake or Lake County. I say enough is enough!  We know how the current Sumter County Commissioners think – just do what they want with no consideration to surrounding communities then force their taxpayers to pay for it.  What do you think will happen if Lady Lake and Lake County officials do the same thing?  I think I know, use your imagination.
Glad to see that Tony Holden and Mrs. Kussard told them where to go with this unreasonable request!
Sumter County gets all the benefits and pushes the consequences onto Lake and Marion County without any consideration. Do you know where all the residents of the high density apartments will go for free entertainment?  Let me guess – Spanish Springs.
Hello fellow Villagers you have just been Sumtered!
