The sale of Old Dixie Portfolio includes Chelsea Plaza at 102 S. Old Dixie Highway and Christine’s Place at 103 Sue Lane.
The sale of the property was brokered Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada.
