From now through the end of September, a section of the multi-modal path on Buena Vista Boulevard from Hillsborough Trail to the tunnel under County Road 44A will be closed to construct the entrance to the Brownwood Woodshop.

A bicyclist detours from the multi-modal path at the entrance to the Village of Hillsborough.

The 1.3-acre parcel of land on which the woodshop would be built is on South Buena Vista Boulevard across from Eisenhower Recreation Center and behind The Villages Public Safety Department’s Fire Station 46.

“Road Closed” barricades have been placed at the multi-modal path locations and will remain until the work is complete. Those traveling in the area are asked to use caution and follow all directional signage on the multi-modal path. There is no impact to vehicular travel lanes at this time.
