Villager Jack Leon got his first hole-in-one April 30 at the Tarpon Boil Executive Golf Course.
He scored the lucky ace at Hole #7. It was a 125-yard shot from the gold against the wind. He used a 7 iron.
The shot “cracked nicely, faded a bit, hit the green some yards before the hole and bumped the hole mark,” Leon said.
He had two witnesses.
