A Villager celebrated a milestone birthday last week while practicing social distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Villager Mary Ellen sat on her lanai in the Village of Pennecamp on Thursday as her friends dropped off gifts for her birthday.

Mary Ellen, who lives in the Village of Pennecamp, celebrated her 80th birthday this past Thursday. Her friends came by and dropped off gifts as she sat on her lanai and relaxed.
