Since its inception in 2007, Dollars for Scholars has provided more than $551,000 in scholarship assistance to 186 graduating students.

“This would not have been possible without the support and generosity of America’s Friendliest Hometown residents. They have attended and donated time and money to a wide variety of Dollars for Scholars fundraising programs presented throughout the years. Thank you for helping us, help you, help kids,” said Villager J.R. “Jim” Zurak, one of the leading members of the group.
