To the Editor:
The wife and I are members of The Villages gym at Laurel Manor, one of several in The Villages closed due to the virus. It reopened and now has been closed again. It is very clean and not too busy, so social distancing is not a problem.
The private MVP gym has remained open. All gyms in Florida where there was a problem are opening next week at 50 percent. I called the Recreation Department and get no answer. I hope the closure is not another Katie Belle’s, where the wife and I enjoyed dinner and dancing.
