Golfer who pulled up stakes also bears some responsibility

To the Editor:

In reference to the 80-year-old Villager arrested after a dispute at the Bonifay Championship Golf Course: Why wasn’t the golfer also suspended from playing for pulling up the stakes that marked where golf carts should not go?
