Here’s a better way for The Villages Developer to pass on the costs

To the Editor:

Why doesn’t The Villages Developer do like 99.99999 percent of all other developers do?
When they buy land to develop, they put in all the infrastructure, divide the cost by the number of homes in the development, and add it to the price of homes.
