To the Editor:
Janet Kinkade points out that when she lived in The Villages in 2008 that the Community Watch enforced deed restrictions, which is a thankless and divisive job for anybody, except tropes, to perform. This is probably the most likely reason Community Watch leaders had this responsibility dropped from their mission. However, Community Watch is the most effective and efficient means to perform enforcement of deed restrictions, whether they like it or not. In not accepting this responsibility, their mission seems less important.
