Wildwood police officers are searching for a vehicle they believe was involved in a recent catalytic converter theft in Oxford.
The black Ford F-150 pickup truck shown above, which has a gold driver’s-side fender with a missing front bumper, pulled into the parking lot of the Advanced Surgery Center in Oxford on April 27 at about 11:37 a.m. The vehicle was captured by the company’s video surveillance system parking directly next to the victim’s vehicle, a Wildwood Police report states.
The driver of the pickup got out, removed the victim’s catalytic converter and then drove away. The entire incident occurred in less than eight minutes, the report says.
