We are voting between two vastly different ideologies

A friend recently sent me a note.  He got it as a question:  Why was he voting for Trump?   So, when he sent it to me and asked why I like former President Donald Trump?  I read what he sent and added some to it.

My answer was that I don’t really like a lot of things about Trump.  He can be mean spirited, talk tough and give patently blunt answers that some people do not like.  But this election is not about choosing the most likable person.  I want the toughest, most diligent and knowledgeable President I can get.  Someone who knows how to get things done and has proven it!  Someone who will not bow to foreign powers.  And a leader who leads – not follows the dictates of the hidden government of bureaucrats and powerful political leaders who remain anonymous!  Those who would choose our next President without one vote cast to elect that candidate!  Someone who has proven the strength to endure the most virulent political attack ever waged against one man!

We are voting between two vastly different ideologies.  We are voting for the country we want to leave our children and grandchildren.

Trump represents that future and has proven he can deliver.  He is a patriot to the core and served his country for four years with no pay.  Name another President who did that?  It was never about personal gain!

So, I am not voting for Trump!  But I am voting FOR:

The First Amendment and freedom of speech,

Integrity in the U. S. Courts – no political trials!

The right to speak my opinion without censorship, no government interference with social media,

Secure borders and LEGAL immigration, the current Biden/Harris Administration has demonstrated it hates America and like Obama wants it to FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE!  Most citizens do not want a fundamental change!  Immigrants come to America for what it is and what it has done throughout history and the opportunity it provides – not what leftists want it to be – a land of equity, diversity and inclusion where the outcome is the same for everyone without personal responsibility or effort based on government handouts.

Election integrity, including proof of citizenship and mandatory ID in every State in order to vote,

The Second Amendment so that no government ever would attempt to rule without citizen support, and the right to defend myself and my family as the government has done a lousy job with that,

Energy Independence – drill baby drill while developing ALL the alternatives (wind, wave, nuclear, solar etc.) so we are ready when the time comes to stop fossil fuel use – that is not now!

Lower prices and getting a grip on inflation, affordable houses and interest rates,

Police to be respected once again,

Law and order – no more revolving prison doors with no bail, are we really that stupid?

Stopping violent riots in support of Terrorists, burning the American Flag and destruction of small businesses,

Personal responsibility without limits, commit a crime with a gun and get five years in jail, discharge the gun and it’s ten years, shoot someone you get life – no exceptions,

The Supreme Court to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights,

The Electoral College and preservation of our Representative Republic,

Appointment of Federal Judges who uphold the Constitution,

Bringing jobs and production of essentials back to the USA – Not NAFTA, China or the Pacific Alliance,

Eliminating the incentives for immigrants to break into America, NO FREEBIES!  Instead take care of Veterans and citizens first – what is so hard about that?  Oh yeah, and stop the drugs flooding our communities!

Eliminating sanctuary cities, states – who thinks illegal immigrant criminals should not be deported?

Keeping men out of women’s sports, out of their lockers and bathrooms and the record books,

Peace in the Middle East – like the Trump Abraham Accords,

No new wars based on weakness – Ukraine and Gaza under the Biden/Harris Administration,

A strong Military – no DEI – soldiers kill those who threaten America – we don’t need DEI we need a well-trained Miliary with the skills and weapons to defend the U. S. and its allies,

Eliminating child trafficking in forced labor and child sex and actually knowing where all the children are that were released to “relatives,” within the United States!

Allowing small business to open during a crisis without fear of government reprisals,

Questioning ANY immunization forced by the government, social distancing and masks that don’t work,

Allowing families to visit dying relatives, neighbors and friends without fear of recrimination, (the Tim Walz rat line), have we already forgotten what the liberals did during Covid in the name of protecting us?

Freedom of Religion, not tagging Catholics, anti-abortionists or parents as Domestic Terrorists,

Teaching reading, writing, science, math and real history in support of America – not-anti America!  Are you happy with our schools and the lack of discipline in them?  Kids perform based on expectations.  If there are is no expectation to succeed then that is what you get!

A system of government that supports the people not the bureaucrat lifers who work for themselves with no accountability!  Do you know any federal, state or local employee that gets fired for incompetence – ever, unless they commit a crime?

In truth, I am voting for a government of the people, by the people and for the people and candidates that want a better America and not a better life for themselves!
