Edna Mae White, 78, passed away in Webster, Florida on February 15, 2025. She was born in Leesburg, Florida on December 17, 1946 to James and Dorothy Norton (Barth).
She was a long-time member of the Linden Baptist Church. She enjoyed her family and grandchildren, going to church, baking and cooking for others, traveling and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son; Johnny D. Ward of Webster, Florida; Daughters: Sandy (George) Elkins of Bartow, Florida and Tammy Ward of Webster, Florida; Extended family a, Son; Alan (Beth) White of Lady Lake, Florida and Pam (Rubin) Ruiz of Webster, Florida.
She had 13 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her parents James Norton and Dorothy Barth, husband, Cecil White; Sisters: Betty Jean Merritt and Frankie Harris; Brother: James (Jimmy) Barth.
Services will be held at the Purcell Chapel with visitation with the family from 10:00 to 11:00 and service to follow at 11:00 with Pastor Daniel Ishee. Grave site will follow at the Center Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project and to St. Judes.
