
Margaret Wilson, 78, from Bushnell, Florida, passed away in The Villages on April 19, 2025. She was born in Clermont, Florida on August 9, 1946 to Harold and Annie Ruth “Sis” Tuten.
She was a beautiful, loving, forgiving woman with a spicy side. She was a Christian in faith, enjoyed volunteering at Bushnell Elementary School and won “Volunteer of the Year” 9 out of the 10 years she was there. In her younger years, she was a racecar driver. She loved watching baseball, watching her grandchildren play sports and any activities they were involved in. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and most of all, spending time with her babies.
Margaret is survived by her husband of 47 years, Roy Wilson; Children: Ricky Wilson, Jimmy Wilson, Cindy (Ronald) Strickland, all of Bushnell, Florida and Michael (Angel) Wilson of Ridge Manor, Florida. Grandchildren: Kourtni (Jacob), Michael (Crystal), JD (Lindsey), Chance (Wendy), Kayleigh (Ryan), Savannah (Ross), Christopher (Morgan), Riki (Branden), Laramy (Andrea), Liberty (Julian), Amber, Brisyn (Thomas), Summer and Michaela; 21 Great Grandchildren, Cousins: Christine (Les) Arnold of Commerce, Texas and Gary (Susan) Story of Winter Garden, Florida.
A viewing will be held at Purcell Chapel, Beyers Funeral Home in Bushnell, Florida on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a service starting at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Linden Cemetery in Webster, Florida. Services to be officiated by her grandson, Christopher Wilson.
