Kathleen R. Harkcom, 89 years old, passed away on May 10, 2025. She was born July 22, 1935 in Washington, PA to the late Fredrick and Ellenor Sweeny. She retired from Washington Hospital as an RN and moved to The Villages in 2010.
Kathleen is survived by her husband of 30 years, Thomas Sprowls; daughter Jennifer Wheeler (Edward) Kilburn; grandchildren Courtney Mickel, Richard Mickel and Brittany Mickel (Carlos) Herrera; great grandsons Julian, Javier and James Davilla and her sister Ellen Kauffman.
Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until noon, the hour of the blessing service on Saturday May 24, 2025 at Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home 420 Locust Avenue Washington, PA 15301. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
