Sumter County paratransit riders are invited to share feedback in an annual survey that helps improve local transportation services.

The Lake-Sumter Metropolitan Planning Organization is inviting residents who use or support users of Sumter County’s paratransit services to participate in the 2025 Transportation Disadvantaged Rider Survey. This important survey gathers valuable input from riders to help evaluate and improve local transportation services for those who rely on them.
