Joyce Ruth Zange (83) was born in Chicago, August 22, 1941, to Dorothy and Ludwig Gaydoul.
She grew up and attended school in Chicago, Illinois. Joyce worked in customer service and as a buyer before marrying and while raising her three children, Laura Jull (Earl), Brad Tennell and Todd Tennell (Cari). Joyce married James Zange at 62 years of age and they had a wonderful retirement filled with family and travel.
They bought a home in The Villages, Florida, where they were snowbirds until 2016 when Jim died suddenly. Joyce moved to The Villages in 2017 where she enjoyed many friends, clubs and activities. She attended and became a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
In addition to her children Joyce is survived by her stepdaughters Beth Zange-Sellers, Kristy Hopkins (Dave), Kelly Saelens (Jim), Karen Seymour Ells and Diane Riley (Scott) along with grandchildren Terry Jull (Baylie), Jami Stanfield (Edwin), Bradie Tennell, Taylor Jull, Logan Tennell (Alyssa), Austin Tennell, Shane Tennell, great grandchildren Joy Stanfield and Earl Jull, as well as, sixteen step grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, 250 Avenida Los Angelos, The Villages, FL. June 21, 2025, 10:30 a.m.
