The candidate for Florida governor backed by President Trump will visit The Villages next month.
U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds will speak July 25 to The Villages MAGA Club at Rohan Recreation Center. The event starts at 6 p.m. and doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
The Congressman from the 19th District announced his candidacy in February and won the endorsement of President Trump. The next gubernatorial race is in 2026. Gov. Ron DeSantis cannot seek another term due to term limits. His wife Casey has hinted at running for governor.
