Donna Miller Parks, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2025, with her devoted caregiver, Zehavit (Zee) Nava-Ray and niece, Sandra Foote Lucas by her side. She was 95.

Born in Holland, Michigan, on November 8, 1929, and a graduate of Holland High School, Donna lived a vibrant and joyful life. She was a shining burst of energy with a magnetic personality, and her life was marked by deep friendships, unforgettable laughter, and a flair for fashion and entertaining.

A gifted singer and performer, Donna pursued her passion for music with degrees from both Hope College and Western Michigan University. She brought her love of song and theater to the community through musical performances, while also serving her community in her career as a beautician.

Donna lived in Stuart, Florida, and later in these recent years in The Villages, where she enjoyed attending her local church, New Covenant United Methodist Church. She was a cherished friend to many there. Her 90th birthday celebration at The Villages was a fitting tribute to the full and fabulous life she led, with more than 100 guests coming together to honor her.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Parks, and her parents, Hattie and Ben Speet. She is survived by her nieces, Cynthia J. (Dale) Edgerle and Sandra (Myke) Foote Lucas, and grand nieces and grand nephews, and many dear friends who loved her like family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at her residence, High Point at Stonecrest, on July 22 at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to New Covenant United Methodist Church
